Remy Ghazal

Remy Ghazal is an entrepreneur who has spent the last fifteen years building and scaling software businesses.

He was part of the leadership team at Hivebrite, where he served as COO and helped scale the company from its early stages to more than €10 million in annual recurring revenue, working across operations, product, and growth.

In recent years, he has focused on AI through Beam, where he has worked on agents, workflows, learning systems, and the practical challenges of deploying AI inside organizations.

At Above The AI, he works with leadership teams navigating the shift from AI experimentation to AI execution, helping them identify where AI creates leverage, what should be rebuilt first, and how those systems become part of day-to-day operations.

He began his career in finance at BNP Paribas and holds an MBA from INSEAD.

Eric Houdet

Eric Houdet is an entrepreneur and enterprise technology executive with more than two decades of experience spanning cybersecurity, enterprise software, and go-to-market leadership.

He was part of the leadership team at Quarkslab, one of Europe's leading cybersecurity firms, where he served as VP Sales & Marketing and helped drive the company's growth and market development. Prior to Quarkslab, he held leadership roles at Capgemini and Sogeti.

In recent years, he has focused on AI through EkologgIA, working on the practical challenges of bringing AI into established organizations and turning technical capabilities into usable business systems.

At Above The AI, he works with leadership teams on the organizational side of AI adoption: aligning stakeholders, managing risk, building trust, and helping companies move from experimentation to repeatable deployment.

He holds a Global Executive MBA from INSEAD.
