[ I ]Labs

Leadership teams come in stuck. They leave moving.

Labs is a working bootcamp for leadership teams. A place to experiment, break things, and ship. Your real AI problem. You leave having built it yourself.

[ II ]How it works

Three shapes.

  • Cohort.

For leadership teams that want peer pressure alongside the bootcamp. 8 to 12 operators from non-competing companies, each working their own AI problem. Multiple days, virtual plus in-person, ends with a demo day. Per seat. Transparent, inquiry-based.

  • Private.

For a single leadership team that wants Labs on its own terms. We come to you. Two to five days on-site. Your data, your constraints, your people in the room. Hands-on, and you leave with something deployed. Fixed fee per engagement.

  • Partnership.

For institutions that want to run Labs for their own members or portfolio. Business schools, VC firms, industry groups. Designed and facilitated as a partnership, not licensed. Designed per partnership.

Every shape works the same way: your real problem, our hands on the keyboard, something running by the end.

[ III ]For

Leadership teams that have been talking about AI for a year and haven't moved. Founders who know what their company needs to become and haven't started the rebuild. Operators whose teams are stuck between tools and transformation. Executives whose AI strategy is still a deck.

The common thread: you know what to do. You haven't done it yet.

[ IV ]Outcomes

You leave with a demo you built yourself, proof that your team can actually do this, and a plan you'll execute. You get invited into the Room. The conversation doesn't stop when the Lab does.

Some Labs lead to engagements where we co-build, not just facilitate. See Work →
